ESCONDIDO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 1, 2006--Asgard Holdings Inc. (Pink Sheet:AGHG) announced that its affiliate, SuperCritical Thermal Systems, Inc. (STS) was extremely well received at the international Fire Department Instructor's Conference (FDIC) held in Indianapolis on Saturday, April 29, 2006.
Asgard Holdings, Inc. president Virgil Williams stated, "The FDIC is sponsored by Pennwell Publishing Co., publisher of a national Fire Engineering magazine. It is extremely important for Asgard Holdings to have its patented flagship product SCAMP represented at this International conference. The Super Critical Air Mobility Pack, known as (SCAMP), was on display to approximately 26,000 firefighters, hazardous materials handlers, emergency services personnel and a sleuth of international media and press correspondents."
